Does Craniosacral Therapy Work?

Their is alot of speculation as to if this craniosacral therapy works.  Well their are quite a few people on each side.  I personally have had this procedure done and was hesitant at first.  It's actually very relaxing to have done because it only takes about a hour for the procedure to be done.  It's alot of gentle touches on the skull and even if you don't think it works you will be so relaxed after its done.

   This book on Craniosacral Therapy is a very informational book on the procedure on how it works. This book lays out how this procedure is done and has alot of great layout of pictures to show you how each thing works for it.  Also where and how things are done for each problem that you may be having.  Also walks you thru how it is preformed so it can answer any questions that you may have about it so you are not nervous or atleast youll be less nervous.  I liked this book although it was hard to read, it made things easier to understand especially with the 200 plus pictures.
